சிதம்பர ரகசியம் அம்பலமானது
சிதம்பரம் நடராஜன் கோயிலில் தேவாரம், திருவாசகத்தை தமிழில் பாடக்கூடாது (பின்ன தேவாரத்தை இங்கிலிஷிலயா பாடம் முடியும்?) என்று பல நூற்றாண்டுகளாக தமிழர்களை அவமானப்படுத்திவந்த தீட்சிதர்களின் கடுமையான எதிர்ப்பை எதிர்த்து, இன்று (5.3.2008) காலை 10 மணியளவில் மக்கள் கலை இலக்கிய கழக தோழர்கள் சிற்றம்பல மேடையில் ஏறி தேவாரத்தை பாடியிருக்கிறார்கள்.
தோழர்களின் தொடர்ந்த முயற்சியினால் போலிசுக்குக்கூட பயப்படாத தீட்சிதர்கள், தோழர்களுக்கு மாலை அணிவித்து நடந்த சம்பவத்திற்காக மன்னிப்பு கேட்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
இது வரலாற்று சிறப்புமிக்க சம்பவம்.
இந்த வரலாற்றை நிகழ்த்திய சிவனடியார் பெரியவர் ஆறுமுகசாமிக்கும், மக்கள் கலை இலக்கிய கழகத்திற்கும், நண்பர் ராஜு தலைமையிலான மனித உரிமை பாதுகாப்பு மையத்தை சேர்ந்த வழக்கிறிஞர்களுக்கும் நமது பாராட்டுகளையும் நன்றியையும் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.
சட்டம் ஒழுங்கை சீர்குலைத்த தீட்சிதர்களிடம், அடிவாங்கிய காவல் துறை – தீட்சிதர்களை ஒன்று செய்யமுடியாத நிலையில், தேவாரம் பாடச் சென்ற நம் தோழர்களின் மீது வால்டர் தேவவரம்போல் பாய்ந்து தாக்குதல் நடத்திய வன்முறை கண்டிக்கத்தக்கது. (2.3.2008அன்று)

“தேவாரம், திருவாசகத்திற்கு அவமானம் ஏற்பட்டால் கடவுள் நம்பிக்கையற்ற பகுத்தறிவாளர்களுக்கும், கம்யூனிஸ்டுகளுக்கும் என்ன வந்ததது?” என்ற கேள்வி வருகிறது. அவமானம் தேவாரம், திருவாசகத்திற்கு அல்ல. தமிழக்கு. அதன் வழியாக தமிழர்களுக்கு.ஒரு மொழியை தனியாக அவமானப்படுத்தமுடியாது.
அந்த மொழியை தாய் மொழியாக கொண்ட மக்களை அவமானப்படுத்வது அல்லது அந்த மக்களுக்கு என்ன ‘மரியாதை’ இருக்கிறதோ அதுவே அந்த மொழிக்கும் நேரும். அதுதான் தேவாரம், திருவாசகத்திற்கும் நேர்ந்தது.
ஆக நாத்திகர்கள் தேவாரம், திருவாசகத்திற்கு ஆதரவாக வரவில்லை. தமிழர்களுக்கு ஆதரவாக வந்தார்கள்.“சரி, நாத்திகர்களாக இருக்கிறவர்கள், கோயில் உள்ளே நுழைந்து சிற்றம்பல மேடையில் ஏறி பக்திபாடல்களை பாடறாங்களே, இது என்னங்க நியாயம்?”
பக்தர்கள் போய் பாட வேண்டியதுதானே?
பக்தர்கள் சுயமரியாதை இல்லாமல் இருக்கறதனால அந்த கர்மம் புடிச்ச தேவாரம், திருவாசகத்தை நாத்திகர்கள்தான் பாடி தொலைக்க வேண்டியிருக்கு.
கோயில் நுழைவு போராட்டம், கருவறை நுழைவு போராட்டம், அனைத்து ஜாதியினரும் அர்ச்சகர் ஆகலாம் இப்படி பல நேரங்களில் பக்தர்களின் சுயமரியாதைக்காக நாத்திகர்கள்தான் போராட வேண்டியத இருக்கு.
எப்படி சாமி கும்பிடறதுன்னுகூட நாத்திகர்கள்தான் சொல்லிக் கொடுக்க வேண்டி இருக்கு.
என்ன பண்றது, அந்த லட்சணத்துல இருக்கு உங்க பக்தி.

Why you are trying to sing in Tamil in Chidambaram alone? Why not trying to sing in Tamil instead of Arab in all Masjids, why not trying to sing in Tamil instead of English and Latin in all the churches? India is a secular country right? Why targeting Hindus and especially Brahmins alone?
Nobody has told that Tamil songs shouldn’t be sung in Chidambaram temple. Even today, Dheekshidars are singing. When they are already doing, why you need to do that? If I come to your house enter your kitchen and cook whatever I want, will you allow? Mind it, the temple is controlled by them and not by Govt. They are maintaining it for 100s of years. If you just come today and tell whatever you want, why should they accept?

thank u for ur comments. But even dheekishidargal controlled chidambaram temple for over 100 years but that was built by tamilans i think. we dont want to talk much who built that. i agree that was not controlled by government. but here the ruling language is not samaskritham i think u know very well the ruling language is tamil. we dont accept u to enter and cook in our kitchen thats right. at the same time kitchen or house that is a particular persons property so no body will allow another person. even the chidambaram was controlled by dheekshidargar over 100 years but God is equal for everybody even u, even me, even any other living things. that is the real concept of god. god is nothing but you and me that is love so howmany rights u have on the god the same rights also we people have. so understand the principles of god and who is god and for what reasons the temple had been built. u are accepting our moneys into “hundi” and “kannikai” why you dont accept our peoples. “God is equal for all” everybody will have rights to worship god. you are only the gods children and god told to u that u people only make poojas for me in the temple then i agree . but God never says like that. if god told like that please reply me. then i will give answer for u
